It seems like ServiceNow is taking over the world – well, at least the IT world. This presentation is about one IT PMO’s experience with implementing, using, and supporting the ServiceNow IT Business Management suite of tools, which includes project and portfolio management, resource management, and the financial modules. You will learn about the implementation process, the strengths and weaknesses of the system, and what it takes to maintain it properly.
BONUS: Organizational Change is something we deal with on a regular basis. It’s one of the four fundamental factors that initiate projects, but Change Management is a skill separate from Project Management. So what is Change Management if it’s not Project Management?
In this talk, we’ll cover the difference between Change Management and Project Management, and provide an introductory overview of three popular models or frameworks that can help us lead change successfully.
