BIOGRAPHY:

I was born with a cleft lip and a cleft palate. Speaking was supposed to be a disability in my life. For the past twenty years, I have been a student of personal development. Reading books, listening to electronic media and going to countless seminars. Investing in personal growth continues to be a priority in my life today. In my professional career, I have worked with several respected companies including; UPS, Walt Disney World and AT&T. One of the highlights in my career was going through the AT&T school of business. It was there where I developed a love for teaching, coaching and developing others. I have held different leadership roles in my past, but the most important ones to me are being a husband, a father and a friend.

These life experiences have helped me turn what should have been a disability, into a strength. I now have a voice to offer leadership training, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching to aid in personal and professional growth to individuals, organizations and companies in the Saginaw/Mid Michigan area and worldwide.
