PMI Thumb Chapter Apr 2021 Dinnertime Meeting

Join us for the PMI Thumb Chapter Meeting - 04/14/2021

TOPIC: Leadership is Broken

BONUS: Spotlight: Meet your Board Members

PDU: 1 - Leadership - .5 Leadership

SPEAKER: Robert Heath, Sr.

BONUS: This will be an open Q&A with a couple of your PMI Michigan Thumb Chapter Leadership team.

Leaders are struggling. Studies abound that confirm this truth. 50% of organizational employees leave their jobs to get away from bad leaders. Gallup reports that 51% of managers are not engaged in their job while 14% report actively disengaging from their work altogether leading a workforce where 7 out of 10 employees are not engaged in their work. The average workday for an executive leader is 13.5 hours during the week AND 5 hours on the weekend. CEO’s suffer isolation both professionally and personally due to the demands of the job which leads to a crisis of confidence. The “work never stops” cycle is detrimental to both a healthy professional and personal life. In his Leadership is Broken training, Robert teaches leaders how to break this cycle and develop an engaged team to increase earnings by up to 147%.

Learning Objectives:
    1. Current State of Leadership in US Business
    2. Root Causes of poor performance
    3. How to develop team members
    4. How leaders can increase engagement and productivity

BONUS: This will be an open Q&A with a couple of your PMI Michigan Thumb Chapter Leadership team.
