ABSTRACT:

Dow is in the midst of a significant transformation, from the merge and split with DuPont, to a move towards a Digital Dow, with the customer at the center of everything we do. IT thus becomes a key enabler across the enterprise, and requires a new IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, and robust use of Human Centered Design techniques.
